ABOUT ME

I am a NCPS accredited Humanistic and Integrative Counsellor.

I have trained at the Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling for 4 years.

​

I have worked with Off the Record's Listening Services for 5 years, working with young people 13+ and Wiltshire Mind's Young People's service 12+. Now I work in a private capacity only.

​

I work with individual adults and young people privately from my home in Bath, providing a safe and secure base so that feelings and emotions can be processed in a non judgmental setting.

​

My way of working is Integrative. This means I use different modalities, using theories and ways of being that fit at any given time in a safe and confidential space. This is a journey we take together with no judgment.

​

Whether you are suffering from anxiety, depression, grief, abuse, trauma or other mental health issues, we can work on this together. Maybe you are feeling 'stuck', we can work on this too.

​

Maybe you have past childhood issues that are triggering your present and making it difficult to move forward to your future, having someone to talk to and listen to you without judgment can really help you process what is going on for you right now.

​

Cost is £60 per 50 minute session. 

Student concessions are available.
